What you will do
You work with Arbisoft's IT team on hardware and workstation support:
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware problems with performance, connectivity and compatibility
- Diagnose faults and replace failing components
- Install operating systems and the applications staff need after setup
- Work with other IT staff on harder problems
Who it suits
- Some knowledge of laptops, servers and MacBooks
- Able to write documentation: how-to guides and post-troubleshooting notes
- Preferred: a bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Willing to work on site in Lahore for two months
