What you will do
You join the Finance team and work alongside the Accounts Executive on day-to-day accounts payable:
- Record supplier invoices and accounting entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Check invoices, supporting documents and approvals before they are processed
- Keep invoice and payment trackers accurate, and follow up on outstanding vendor balances
- Help with vendor reconciliations and statement matching
- Coordinate with other departments on invoice processing and payment approvals
- Support month-end closing and prepare Excel reports and schedules
