You support the Legal team with contract documentation and records:
- Organise, file, index and maintain contracts and other legal documents
- Complete and attach contract checklists and supporting documents
- Update historical contract and legal data in trackers, databases and the Legal Management System
- Help with routine documentation and administrative work
- Handle confidential information responsibly
Who it suits
- LLB or relevant legal education
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic way of working with documents and data
- Good written and spoken communication
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Nice to have: earlier exposure to contract management, and basic Canva or design skills for internal legal material.
