Organise, file, index and maintain contracts and other legal documents
Complete and attach contract checklists and supporting documents
Update historical contract and legal data in trackers, databases and the Legal Management System
Help with routine documentation and administrative work
Handle confidential information responsibly

Who it suits

Basic to intermediate MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
