Where to search: the UK and Ireland
Start from the UK government's register of licensed sponsors, a downloadable list of every organisation allowed to sponsor workers. Cross-check any company you like against it before you apply. Then search LinkedIn, company careers pages and job boards with "" filters, and read each ad for the salary, which must meet the Skilled Worker threshold for your role.
