Show the system and the evidence, not only the plan
Why it matters
By the final evaluation, slides should show what exists and how well it works:

| Architecture | The diagram from your report, simplified if needed |
| Key decisions | A small table: decision, options, choice, reason |
| Testing | Test counts, pass rates and how testing was done |
| Results | Your traceability table: objective, test, result, met or not |
| Limitations | Three or four honest bullet points |
Use real screenshots and real numbers from your system. If a result is weaker than you hoped, show it with an explanation; examiners usually ask about it anyway, and it is better coming from you.

- Reuse the traceability table from your report
- Show real numbers, including weak ones, with context
Avoid
- Stock images and generic technology logos instead of your system
