Coding with AI tools

Stage 10 · Lesson 4 of 5

Deploying and learning from real use

A real project shipped with an agent

A project is not shipped until someone real uses it. Deploy early, after the first slice, to a free or low-cost host, with for secrets and a simple way to roll back. Then put it in front of your user, watch them use it, and write down what confuses them and what breaks.

Real use finds bugs no test anticipated, and fixing them is the most valuable part of the project, because it is work an agent cannot do alone: deciding what the user actually needs. Use your debugging habits from earlier stages on each problem. Keep a short changelog of what you fixed and why.

Common trappolishing features nobody asked for while the one real user is stuck on the sign-up form.

A question to check yourself, an AI practice session and 2 cheat sheet entries come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
