Well-Architected principles
Each publishes a framework of good design grouped into : security, reliability, performance, cost optimisation and operational excellence, with sustainability added by some. Each pillar comes with review questions, such as "how do you recover from a zone failure?" or "how do you know what you spend?".
You do not need to read it all now. Skim the pillars so you know the vocabulary, then come back and use the questions to review your own project at the end of this roadmap. Associate-level exams lean on the same ideas.
