Revision limits and change requests
Agree a : how many rounds of changes are included, commonly one or two. Agree what counts as a revision too. A revision adjusts what was agreed; it does not add something new.
When a client asks for something outside the scope, reply with a short . Say what is new, what it costs and how it moves the date. Do the work only once they agree.
