Why the official help centre
Fiverr's level system, fees and policies have changed several times, and many tutorials still quote old level rules. The help centre articles are maintained by Fiverr and show when they were last updated, so they are the reliable reference for anything that affects your earnings or account.
The articles worth reading first
- Creating a Gig: the parts of a Gig, the "I will" title, up to five search tags, the 1,200-character description, requirements and the image rules (at least one, up to three, only images you own).

Read the Gig, order and levels articles before you publish your first Gig, so your packages and delivery times fit the rules. Bookmark the off-platform policy and the response rate article: most early account problems come from those two areas. When a buyer asks for something unusual, search here first for the official position and a polite template reply.
Limits
It explains how Fiverr works, not how to choose a profitable niche or design a Gig image that gets clicks. Some details differ by region or programme (Seller Plus, Fiverr Pro), and a few features appear only in your seller dashboard.
