Keep your proof in one place you control
Why it matters
Platforms change their rules, fees and search ranking. Your reputation should not live only inside one of them. Keep a simple page you control, such as a personal site or a pinned document, with:
- Two to four case studies: the client's problem, what you built, and the result, with permission.
- Testimonials: short quotes with the client's name and role where they agree.
- How to work with you: your starter offer, how you price, your time zone and availability.
Link to it from every profile and proposal where the platform allows. Platform rules differ on links and contact details, so read them first: Upwork and Fiverr both restrict sharing contact details before a contract, for example.

- Write case studies as problem, solution, result
- Ask permission before naming a client

- Relying only on reviews stored inside one platform
