Internship Programme

Adyen's internship programme gives master's students a research question set by one of its tech teams to answer as their thesis. A separate NextGen track lets students in their final year work part time alongside their studies.

Adyen's student careers page sets out two routes. The internship programme "offers masters students a chance to tackle research questions devised by our tech teams in order to complete their master's thesis", so the work is a real engineering research problem rather than a fixed summer curriculum.

The second route is NextGen, which Adyen describes as a programme that "provides students in the final year of their studies a chance to sample life at Adyen by working part-time alongside their studies". The page does not publish duration, pay or closing dates, and current openings are listed on Adyen's own vacancies board. Adyen's tech teams are largest in Amsterdam, and the vacancies page is the place to check which offices are hiring students.
