Every intern is paired with a mentor and a buddy and joins weekly study hall sessions on craft, strategy, communication and leadership, with social events alongside.
Canva also runs Launchpad, a 12 month programme for final year students and people with up to two years of experience, which was taking expressions of interest for upcoming cohorts.
Hiring runs in four stages: a recruiter chat, a team interview, a take home challenge and a final interview with possible future colleagues.
