Netflix Summer Internship

Netflix runs its summer internship under Emerging Talent at Netflix and describes it as typically a 12 week summer experience. Interns work on meaningful projects that directly advance the business, in areas including Engineering, Data and Insights, Content, Finance and Strategy, Marketing and Program Management. It is open to students enrolled at a university and pursuing a bachelor, master or doctoral degree, and roles run in the United States, India, Poland and Japan. The selection process is usually a take home assessment followed by roughly two to three rounds of interviews covering technical, role specific and behavioural areas. Netflix says positions are usually posted around mid August to early September each year, with the recruiting season running from late summer to the end of March the following year.
