ProgrammingProblem Solving

Palantir opens the Meritocracy Fellowship to graduating high school seniors on the view that college is not for everyone.

The fellowship runs for four months in the autumn, and fellows work alongside a full time team on technical problems that feed into Palantir products and customer outcomes.

Palantir says it is looking for independent problem solvers who are enthusiastic about technology and motivated by the company mission.

Fellows who excel are given the chance to interview for full time employment at Palantir at the end of the programme.

Eligibility details and common questions for each student programme sit on the same students and early talent page.
