Wise groups its early careers work under WiseStart, which covers internships, graduate roles, apprenticeships and a Product Academy. On the internship it is specific: interns "join to work with us for 10 paid weeks over the summer, usually from the end of June to the beginning of September".
Eligibility is limited to "current students in their penultimate year of graduating from Bachelors or Masters", and the teams named are engineering, design, data science, data analytics and more. Wise says interns "will be evaluated by the teams they joined and they may have the chance to go back to university with a full-time offer". Early careers roles are based in Budapest, London, Austin, Singapore, Sao Paulo and Tallinn. Graduate roles are a separate route for students in their final year or who graduated within the past year, and apprenticeships run in the London and Sao Paulo offices.
