Zalando's early careers page says it offers "both internships (40hrs a week) and working student opportunities (20hrs a week) across Zalando throughout the year". Interns get "hands-on experience working on real business projects where you'll be able to see the impact of your work", and internships "last for between 3-6 months".
Zalando states plainly that all its early careers roles are paid. Hiring runs year round, "with starting dates usually on the 1st or the 15th of the month", so there is no single deadline to watch. One hard limit: you must be eligible to work in the EU, because Zalando says it cannot sponsor visas for internships and apprenticeships. Colleagues are expected to be based in the same city as the office they are assigned to.
