Alignerr

What Alignerr is

Alignerr is the contractor network of Labelbox, a company that builds data labelling software and supplies training data to AI labs. Instead of one open queue of tasks, it posts listings, much like job ads, for roles such as data labelling specialist, English writing generalist, AI chatbot tester, quality reviewer and domain expert in coding, STEM, finance or law. Each listing shows its requirements and an expected pay range.

How onboarding works

Its process page (October 2026) lists five steps:

1. Sign up with a Google account and upload your CV, which fills in your profile. Check the details, especially your location.
2. Apply for a job that matches your skills.
3. Identity verification: a text message to your phone, then an ID check through Persona.
4. Contract and billing: if approved, you sign a contract and set up payment through Stripe Connect or PayPal, depending on your location.
5. Alignerr onboarding for the project.

Some listings add a Zara AI interview or a domain assessment before approval. You are told if that applies.

How performance is judged

Like every platform in this space, Alignerr measures the quality of your work and uses it to decide who gets future projects. Its FAQ answers questions on performance, account deactivation, work authorisation, visas and students. Read those answers before you apply, not after a problem.

Honest advice

• Apply to the listing that matches your real evidence. A computer science student fits a coding review listing better than a general one.
• Your location decides which payment method you can use. Check that Stripe Connect or PayPal works where you live.
• Apply only through alignerr.com. Messages offering a "guaranteed placement" for a fee are scams.

Best for: graduates, programmers and specialists who want listing-based AI training contracts with clear requirements.
