What it is
Guides covering the interview process at specific large employers: how many rounds, what each round covers, how the levels map, and which behaviours the company weights heavily.
Why it helps
Preparation transfers between companies, but expectations do not. One company will interrupt constantly and expect you to defend a choice; another will stay quiet and score you on how you fill the silence. One weighs the behavioural round heavily, another treats it as a formality. Knowing which you are walking into changes how you use your forty five minutes.
How to use it
Read your target company's guide roughly a week out, once. Use it to adjust emphasis, not to start new material. Late changes to your study plan usually cost more than the information gains.
Best for: the final two weeks before a scheduled loop at a named company.
