What it is
A mentorship and coaching service where you choose an individual coach rather than being assigned one. Each profile lists their company background and what they cover, which is coding, system design, or broader interview and career coaching.
Why choosing the coach matters
Interview processes differ meaningfully between companies, and so does what each one rewards. A coach who currently interviews at the company you are targeting can tell you what that specific loop weighs, which is information that does not exist in any course.
How to book usefully
Match the background to your target, not to seniority alone. Then arrive with a specific artefact: a design you produced, a problem you failed, a recording, or a written account of a rejection. Open ended sessions produce general advice, which is the thing you can already get for free.
