What it is
Live practice interviews run by experienced engineers, in three flavours: an open ended system design round, a live coding round, or a session shaped around a specific company's format. Each includes a debrief and an action plan rather than a score.
Why a live mock is worth paying for
Solving problems alone and solving them while a stranger watches are different activities, and the second is the one you will be assessed on. Candidates discover under observation that they narrate poorly, freeze on the first follow up, or spend twelve minutes on requirements they should have finished in four. None of that surfaces in solo practice.
Timing it well
Book after the material is learned and before the real loop, with enough gap to act on the feedback. Two weeks out is roughly right; the night before is too late to change anything.
Best for: candidates with real interviews scheduled who have never rehearsed under observation.
