Grokking Modern Behavioral Interview
Builds a bank of structured stories from your own experience and teaches you to deliver them without rambling. The behavioural round decides more offers than engineers expect, and it is the cheapest round to get good at.

Why this round matters more than it seems
Behavioural interviews are where down-levelling happens. Two candidates pass the same technical bar; the one who can describe a conflict, a failure and a decision clearly gets the higher offer. It is also the only round where preparation reliably converts to results in under two weeks.
What it covers
Building a story bank from your actual history, structuring each story so the situation and the result do not swallow the part about what you personally did, and handling the harder prompts about failure, disagreement and ambiguity without either deflecting or oversharing.
How to use it
Write the stories down. Not bullet points, full sentences, then read them aloud and cut them to two minutes. Most engineers discover their best story takes six minutes to tell and loses the interviewer at ninety seconds.
Best for: every candidate, at every level, and particularly anyone who has passed technical rounds and still not received an offer.

Writing only gets you so far. If you want an answer to your situation rather than the general case, book a session and we will work through it together. Every session is free; a few slots open each week.
