What it is
A peer to peer mock interview platform. You are matched with another candidate, each of you interviews the other for about half an hour, and the platform gives whoever is interviewing the question, the solution and the hints to offer.
Why free peer practice works better than expected
Being the interviewer is the underrated half. Watching someone else flounder on a problem you can see the answer to teaches you exactly what silence looks like from the other chair, and almost everyone changes how much they narrate after two or three sessions.
The limitation to plan around
Your peer is a candidate, not an interviewer, so the calibration and the feedback quality vary widely. Use it to build fluency and reduce nerves, and use a professional mock when you need an accurate read on whether you would pass.
Best for: early and middle preparation, especially for anyone who has never solved a problem out loud in front of another person.
