Why a community answers different questions
Some questions do not deserve a session. Which of these two courses is better, is this project scope realistic, has anyone interviewed here recently. Those are quick questions best asked somewhere quick, and the answer is often better for coming from several people rather than one.
How to ask well
Give the context. What you have already tried, what you are optimising for, and what your constraints are. Questions with context get answers; questions without get more questions.
Best for: quick questions, second opinions, and anyone who learns better in conversation.
