What it is
A free and open source handbook written by an engineer who has been on both sides of the hiring table at a large technology company. It covers the parts of interviewing that algorithm resources ignore.
What makes it useful
The scope. There are cheat sheets for the algorithm rounds, but the more valuable material is around them: how to write a resume that survives a six second scan, how to structure a behavioural answer, what to ask an interviewer, and how to handle an offer conversation without leaving money behind.
How to use it
Read it once early in a job search to build the map, then return to individual sections as you reach them. It is a reference, not a course, and treating it as one you must finish wastes it.
Best for: anyone starting a job search who wants the full picture in one place before spending money.
