Cost analysis in Microsoft Cost Management

is the place in the Azure portal to explore cost at any scope: , management group, subscription or resource group. Smart views summarise resources, services and reservations, and customisable views let you group by service, resource, location, tag or many other properties, switch between actual and amortised cost, and see a forecast.

You can save views and subscribe others to scheduled emails of them. For heavier analysis, and exports take over.

Common trapreading cost at the wrong scope, for example one subscription, and missing the shared services billed somewhere else.
