You set your first rate with no reviews or case studies. As your proof grows, start for new . Good moments are after every few successful projects, or when you regularly turn work down.
Give existing clients clear notice, perhaps a month or two, and keep their current rate until then. Some will stay. A few may leave, which frees time for better-paid work.
On Fiverr, raise package prices gradually as reviews arrive. On Upwork, bid higher where your profile now justifies it. On work, track your (the price divided by the hours it really took) to see where you are underpaid.
Common trapstaying at your launch price for years because asking for more feels uncomfortable.
