Capacity and time tracking

Growing your practice

Growth fails when you say yes to more than you can deliver. starts with knowing your real hours. Use a simple to record the hours each project really takes, including messages and revisions.

Compare them with your estimates. That shows your real capacity and your true on fixed-price work. It also tells you how to price the next similar job.

Keep spare time for exams, illness and delays. When you are full, say so and offer a start date, or raise your prices. On Upwork hourly contracts, use Upwork's own tracker for protection, and a separate tracker for everything else.

Common trapoverbooking during a good month, then delivering late to everyone and damaging the reviews that brought the work.

A question to check yourself, an AI practice session and 1 cheat sheet entry come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
