Feedback and edit rounds
You cannot judge your own resume the way a recruiter does in a few seconds, so get outside eyes. Ask at least one engineer, who can tell whether your technical claims and are strong. Ask one non-engineer too, who can tell whether a smart outsider understands what you did.
Give each a specific task: "Read it for ten seconds, then tell me my role and my best achievement." Apply the feedback and repeat, for about three rounds. Finish with a spelling and grammar pass over the , and check that and tell the same story.
