AI data and training work

Stage 2 · Lesson 3 of 7

Never pay for training or registration

The honest picture

The most common scam in this field asks you to pay to start work: a "", a "training course" you must buy, a "verification deposit", or paid answers to a qualification test. Real platforms are free to join. 's FAQ says "We will never ask for money from you for anything", and says it will never ask you to pay to join its projects.

The same scammers use real company names, logos and job titles, copy text from official sites and send professional-looking offer letters. The rule is simple: if anyone asks you for money, gift cards, crypto or a "refundable" deposit before or during work, it is a scam, whoever they claim to be.

Common trapbelieving the fee is small enough to risk. Paying marks you as a target, and the requests grow.
