Stage 5 · Lesson 2 of 7
Cold outreach that is not spam
means contacting a business that does not know you yet. Done well, it is cold outreach that is not spam: personal, small in number and useful. Research one business and notice one specific problem you can fix, such as bookings by phone only or a slow mobile site.
Write a short message that names the problem, links one relevant example and suggests a small next step, like a ten-minute call. Send it to the right person. Follow up once after a week, then stop.
Many countries have that limit unwanted business email. So avoid bulk sending and bought lists, and stop if someone asks. Ten researched messages a week beat a thousand copies.
Common trapmass copy-paste messages that get ignored, reported and can get your email or LinkedIn account restricted.
