Stage 1 · Lesson 1 of 6
If you are in crisis right now
If you are thinking about suicide or hurting yourself, or you are in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now. You do not need to finish this page first. Find A Helpline lists free, confidential crisis lines by country, and you can filter by chat, text or phone.
In Pakistan, Umang runs a mental health helpline. In India, Tele-MANAS, the government's free mental health line, is on 14416 at any hour. If calling feels impossible, tell one person near you what is happening, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Being in crisis is not a weakness and you are not a burden for asking. Crisis lines exist for exactly this moment, and the people who answer are trained to listen without judging. Save one number in your phone today, even if you feel fine.
A question to check yourself come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
