Stage 1 · Lesson 3 of 7
What you want to be known for
A is the one topic people connect with your name. Examples are backend performance, frontend , or breaking into without a computer science degree. Picking one feels limiting, but it is what makes people remember and recommend you.
"The person who writes about Postgres" is memorable. "A developer who posts about tech" is not. Look for the place where three things overlap.
First, what your shows. Second, what you would happily talk about for months. Third, what your needs.
While you have under about 10,000 followers, keep one main topic. Add two or three sub-themes around it, smaller topics that sit close to the main one. You can widen later. Starting broad usually means nobody remembers you at all.
