Stage 5 · Lesson 5 of 7
Where and how you work best
Conditions matter more than most people admit. Some people focus best in silence; others need a little background noise. Some work best alone; others need a study partner nearby, even if they do not talk.
Some need to leave the house, to a library, a cafe or a university lab, because home means interruptions. Light, temperature, a clear desk and whether your phone is in reach all make a difference. Try three different setups for the same kind of task over a week and note how much you got done and how it felt.
Then choose your default. If you share a room or have family duties, look for the best small change you control.
Common trapblaming your willpower when the setup is working against you.
