This page is only as good as what students who have been through it are willing to share. Universities publish the rules, but not how the test felt, where merit closed or how long the wait for a list was. One account from someone who applied is worth more than anything I can find online.

What are you adding?

This decides how the claim is labelled on the page. Only someone representing the university can produce an “official” label, and I check that separately.

Year and month.

Comma separated topics, not the questions themselves.

Dates, the test format, where merit closed and how long each step took are the parts nobody else publishes.

How to actually get in

  • Apply in an early phase. Fall 2026 ran in four phases from June to mid September, with the first test on 11 July.
  • The test is 45% of BS merit. Intermediate is another 45% and Matric 10%. Practise with the FoIT&CS sample papers on UCP's site.
  • Testing outside Lahore. Fall 2026 also held tests in Multan, Faisalabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.
  • Check the Spring list. BS Cyber Security and BS Data Science were not in UCP's Spring 2026 programme list.
  • Scholarships start at 70%. Intermediate marks of 70%, 75% and 80% earn 25%, 50% and 75% tuition waivers at admission.
  • Budget for the whole degree. UCP publishes total BS fees of about PKR 2.1 to 2.2 million including the PKR 28,000 admission fee.
