Answer their fears one by one
Go back to the fears you found in stage 1 and answer each one directly. Make a simple table: their fear, what is true about it, and what your plan does about it. "You will not find a job": here are 40 open roles this month and two people from our city who got one.
"It is not respected": here is how big local and foreign companies hire for it. "You will move away": here is how often I will visit. Some fears you cannot answer fully, and you should admit that: honesty builds trust.
Common trapanswering only the fears you have good answers for, and skipping the ones that matter most to them.
