Stage 6 · Lesson 1 of 7
A 30-minute weekly review
Once a week, at the same time, such as Sunday evening or Friday afternoon, sit down for about 30 minutes. Look back: what got done, what did not and why? Clear your head by writing every open task, deadline and worry onto one list.
Check your calendar for the next two weeks: classes, deadlines, family events, travel. Then decide what matters most for the coming week and put it into specific time slots. This one habit turns scattered effort into a plan and catches problems while there is still time to fix them. Keep it simple: a notebook or one page in Notion is enough.
Common trapplanning every single day from scratch in the morning, which means you always react to what feels urgent instead of what matters.
