Delivering and earning reviews

Your (JSS) measures how satisfied your are. It draws on feedback, how contracts ended, higher-value work and long-term relationships. Upwork calculates it daily over 6, 12 and 24 months and shows the best of the three.

90 percent or more is excellent and is needed for . Below 79 percent, Upwork says winning new work gets hard. Feedback from clients that Upwork has flagged or suspended does not count against you.

Common trapleaving a stalled contract open for months or accepting work outside your skills, both of which can pull the score down.
