Stage 4 · Lesson 6 of 7
A learning system, not bursts of panic
Many engineers learn in bursts: a wave of scary posts, a weekend of tutorials, then nothing for months. A small, regular system works far better. Daily: use AI tools on real work.
Weekly: half an hour on one or two trusted sources. Monthly: try one new tool or technique on a real task and write three lines about the result. Quarterly: go deeper in one area with a small project you can show.
Yearly: review what changed in your work and adjust. Write it in your calendar so it survives busy weeks.
Common trapbuying courses you never finish, or confusing reading about AI with being able to use it.
A question to check yourself, an AI practice session and 1 cheat sheet entry come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
