Also worth your time

Before moving on: Your personal list of early burnout signs with an action for each, two recovery activities planned into your week, a fixed wake-up time kept for two weeks, and a wind-down routine you actually use.

Tauseef's advice
Fix your wake-up time before anything else. It sounds too simple, but most other sleep habits fall into place once your mornings are steady. And if you are running on empty, the answer is rarely more discipline. It is less load, more recovery, and telling someone how tired you really are.

Struggling right now? If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line: Find a helpline (any country), Umang (Pakistan), Tele-MANAS, 14416 (India).
