Stage 7 · Lesson 6 of 7
Your plan for staying well
A wellbeing plan pulls together everything from this roadmap into one page you can reach quickly. It usually has five parts. What keeps me well: the daily and weekly habits that matter most for you, like sleep times, movement and time with people.
My early warning signs: the first changes you notice when stress, burnout or low mood begin. What I will do when I notice them: two or three specific actions. Who I can contact: a friend, a family member, your doctor or counsellor, and a crisis line.
What others can do to help. NHS Every Mind Matters offers a quick quiz that suggests a starting plan. Keep it on your phone and share parts with someone you trust.
Common trapwriting a plan once and never looking at it again.
A question to check yourself and an AI practice session come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
