Stage 7 · Lesson 7 of 7
Reviewing your plan through the year
Your mental health changes with the seasons of your life: exam periods, job searches, moving cities, starting a new job, family events. A plan that works in a calm month may not be enough in a hard one. Put a review in your calendar every two or three months, and before any period you know will be stressful.
Ask: which habits held, which slipped, did I notice my warning signs in time, and did I contact anyone? Add what you learned. If you have been in therapy, keep using the skills after it ends, and know that returning for more support later is normal, not a failure.
Common trapstopping everything once you feel better, which is when the habits that helped you are easiest to drop.
A question to check yourself and an AI practice session come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
