Stage 1 · Lesson 5 of 7
Three questions to write about
A blank page is hard, so use a few fixed questions. A simple daily set: What gave me energy today? What drained me?
What did I avoid, and what did it feel like? Once a week, add: What am I proud of this week, even if it is small? What did someone say about me that surprised me?
What do I want more of next week? Keep the questions the same for at least a month, so you can compare answers. After four weeks, read everything in one sitting and underline anything that appears three or more times. Those repeats are your first real data about yourself.
Common trapchanging the questions every few days because they feel boring. Boring and repeated is what makes patterns visible.
