Stage 1 · Lesson 5 of 6
Map the support you already have
You may have more support than it feels like. Draw a simple map: you in the middle, then a ring of close people, a ring of friends and friendly acquaintances, and a ring of people you know a little, like classmates, colleagues, neighbours, people from your mosque, temple or church, an old teacher, a cousin in another city.
Include people far away and online. Then notice who you have not contacted in months but would be glad to hear from, and who is near you now but you barely know. Those two groups are where most new connection starts.
Common traplooking only for new people while ignoring warm connections that need one message to come back to life.
A question to check yourself and an AI practice session come when you add the roadmap to your account. Add it
