Stage 3 · Lesson 1 of 6
Study groups that actually work
A good study group makes hard subjects easier and lonely evenings shorter. Keep it small, three to five people, with a regular time and a clear goal for each session: solving past papers, explaining topics to each other, reviewing assignments.
Take turns teaching, because explaining something is one of the best ways to learn it. Keep a little time for chat, but protect the work. If a group turns into only gossip or copying, it is fine to leave politely and start another.
Common trapa group where one person does all the work and others copy. It feels supportive, but nobody learns, and resentment grows.
