Procedural Level Generation with Guaranteed Solvability
Generate puzzle levels procedurally and prove each one is solvable before it reaches the player, using a solver rather than generate and test. Constraint solving and search applied to a problem with a clear success criterion.
Algorithm Visualisation Puzzle Game
A puzzle game where the player solves problems by discovering algorithmic strategies themselves, then sees the formal algorithm named afterwards. Teaching through play rather than animating a lecture.
VR Laboratory Safety Training with Performance Assessment
A virtual reality laboratory where students practise procedures and make dangerous mistakes safely, with an instructor dashboard reporting who did what wrong. The assessment layer is what makes it training rather than a demonstration.
