Keep handy
Before moving on: A revision or job-search plan with rest built in, a short plan for exam day or results day, your three circles of control written down, and one limit on social media that you have tried for a week.

Pressure narrows your view until one exam or one offer looks like your whole life. It is not. Plan the work, protect your sleep, keep one day a week that has nothing to do with marks or jobs, and stay off group chats on results day. People who keep a steady routine usually do better than those who push hardest.
